Returns and Packing Instructions

Use the same box you received the doppler to return the doppler. Remove the battery and properly dispose or keep the battery before shipping. Dispose of the Gel. Pack the Doppler, the Owners Manual, the audio CD and the Mother's Rental Manual into the box. Peel the adhesive strip and press the flap firmly. The shipping label is already attached and the shipping has already been paid. Take the package to the nearest post office and give it to the clerk or give it to your postal carrier. Call 1-800-222-1811 if you need to schedule a pickup. Please email returns@fetalsure.com with either your name or rental ID (starts with 5) so that we know you are returning the doppler.
